NT official Spring Summer Body TRANSFORMATION challenge March 1-June 1

Unlike most ppl in here, I have no desire to gain muscle so i can't help you with that.
My goal is simply weight loss
With that being said, I've lost 18 pounds in one month by walking 4 hours a day
I'm 6'3", and now 205.
I hate exercising now bc back/knee injuries from rugby, but walking does me great
 
meant to update yesterday 

Weighed in saturday morning.. was down to 223 from 230. Not bad progress for 2 weeks I guess. I got my first week of starting strength done. Liking the program so far. I need to go cop a couple 2.5lb olympic weights tomorrow so I can stop the 10lb jumps every workout. 

I need to clean up my diet now and add a couple days of insanity to the mix. Plyo circuit and pure cardio will probably help me out in the long run and I feel pretty good and loose after doing the stretches.
 
Down to a 38 from a 42 since February. I just wanna be in a 34 by Christmas. Currently lifting on Mon/Wed/Fri gonna start doing intervals on the elliptical this week on Tue/Thur/Sat. Just can't decide if I want to stick to my usual 9:00 p.m. gym time for the cardio or get up at 5:00 a.m. and do it before work on an empty stomach.

Do yall know some good protein that helps put on weight

Lol word like I understand if people want a starting point so they can just learn the fundamentals but some people have the mindset that if they follow Phil heaths diet and workout they will look like him

Obviously don't have that mindset but you can make that assumption if you want. I only asked a question. I would like any info from the guy who posted if he is willing to share. I like to take points from certain people and incorporate them into my workout. Work ethic discipline and genetics would be helpful too. Thanks to the other guy for pointing that out.

got a nightime aid called CRASH which i been reading alot about
1.M.R pre (switchd from neurocore, which I LOVED)

1000 caps of feeeeesh oil

last 2 days has been bad. Had Nachos, missed meals because of timing and running around and not getting food (I really try not to eat fast food at all). By not following my schedule Ive missed my supplements for 2 days also smfh. Gotta restart today. Steel cut Oats with a scoop of my snack granola mix I make (granola, flax, sliced raw almonds, dried cranberries) and a protein shake. Good Breakfast to start. Would've added some boiled eggs but I gotta hit the grocery store.

Anybody else use almond milk (unsweetened) to make their shakes?? I personally like the taste better than low fat 1% milk

I use ON platinum PRE for pre workout this stuff works great for me, CLA tabs, 1200 feeeesh oil, ON whey and casein, glutamine, animal pak bcaa 2200.
 
weighed in at 176.4 this morning. down 2.6#
gonna try and burn more cals this week and eat less crap. been eating quite a few kit kats that i brought home from japan and now all the damn easter candy is at the stores. we'll see how it goes.
 
Down to 208

20 pounds since February 6.

I went home and ate bad for 3 straight days and still lost a pound from last week.

I'm starting Stronglifts 5 X 5 today. Then I'm either gonna swim or hoop every Tuesday and Thursday.
