anyways im thinking of calling him from a friends home to give me an estimate
and when he pullsup ima walk out from a diff location and ask him for my money in a respectable manner

Do this, but instead of confronting him outside, lure him into the basement and lock him in there with the lights off. He'll beg and plead for water, but don't give in. By day 4 he'll practically be begging you to take the $800 back. When he does this, you say, "it's too late for that now...the price is now double." Unless he's a fool, he'll agree and ask you to take him to the atm. After getting your money, you leave him at the atm and head back to your house. You'll now need to get rid of his vehicle. You'll want to grab some gasoline and to drive it to an abandoned lot. Drench it in the gasoline, remember to throw the container into the vehicle when finished, and set it on fire. Walk to the 4th pay phone and call someone to pick you up. Give your mom her 800 hundred back (throw in an extra two if your feeling generous), and keep the remainder for yourself.

Only way I see you getting your money back is if you're about that life.

Yeah for one he's not gonna have the money with him for the next job. So calling him to another house aint gonna get you jack but a restraining order and maybe catch a case...

If you have a name and phone number maybe NT detectives can trace his address, otherwise you might have to do the call thing and tail him home without getting noticed like one of those GTA missions. After you know where he lives, you have leverage... right now he knows where you live so don't do anything dumb.
