Well, not just alcoholics, but people who know their liqour because I'm mainly a beer head. Can you guys name the main different types of liquor (vodka,scotch, whisky, rum, etc.) and then 2-3 brands of each? thanks in advance!

I'm not an alcoholic, but if you're drinking vodka, grey goose is awesome. I also heard that Ciroc is smooth... although they're both prettypricey.

2) Vodka: Grey Goose, Ciroc (my choice) and good old Bankers Club

Rum: Sailor Jerry (mc), Captain Morgan, Bacardi

Whiskey: Old Granddad (mc), Jim Beam, Jack

Cognac/Brandy: Henny, E&J, Christian Brothers

Tequila: (not my area of expertise) Patron is all that comes 2 mind...

Gin: (nasty) Blue Sapphire, Tanqueray

Liqeurs: 99 *insert fruit here*

Ciroc is utter TRASH. By far the worst alcohol, both as shots and in drinks. Even Absolut is better.

Grey Goose is okay, but there are better vodkas out there. Ketel One and Chopin are much better AND cheaper.

Maker's Mark = best whisky.

Thank you. Grey Goose is an overpriced marketing gimmick. Hell, among vodka enthusiasts, Smirnoff is usually preferred over Goose.

The shelves are pretty much by type so you can figure it out. Cognac/rum&tequila/tequila& grand marnier (orange cognac liquor for margaritas)/crown,some liquors/gin/cheap rum and liquors/some random cheaper stuff for long islands and mixers/the stuff on the floor (the two bottles are tequila that are tootall for the shelves)
