I wonder what kinda release these are going to be. I'm copping without a doubt maybe even two pairs, I hope they release the black and white pair he woreat the Grammy's too.
If I could just go down to footaction or whatever and try them on I might think about it.
But Im not flying to Egypt and slitting a prostitutes throat for these or anything.
I'm not a fan of the colour blocking for this one, but the lighting just makes them worse.
But the shoe sin't even that bad, I'd like to see some more..."Substantial" straps that stay away from patent. And they'd look damn goodin black, grey, white based colour blockings.
i'm still a little iffy on how i feel about this shoe. i thought the black colorway he wore at the grammy's was dope, but this one...not so much.i'll hold judgemnt until we see more colorways
I like them not because of Kanye, but because of the design.
Yes there are a lot of borrowed elements to the shoe (Jordan III, Air Revolution, ATO's, Supra Skytop, Air Mag - all of those shoes are personal favoritesby the way.), but its still a sleek design and not as over the top as say the Spiz'ikes are.
They also look like a pretty functional basketball shoe (even though I doubt anyone would actually ball in a pair).
Personally, I could see these doing well on a GR level. But after observing the recent marketing trends of Nike, they'll probably retail for $300 and besold at high end boutiques and department stores like Barneys, Saks & Neiman Marcus and come with a pair of those stupid Shownuff sunglasses.
i like them personally, i think the style is tight. It's not my favorite pair ever and i probably won't cop cuz the price tag will be way too much buti do like. Its the kind of shoe that only Yeezy can really pull off. If they go GR for like 150 or less i would cop
