Ok so anyway Ive been reading this book and I think this can help.
Its called the Power of Habit, and I havent finished it yet, but the premise of the book is, the things we do on a day to day basis are routines and actions we developed over the years through habit (fapping).
Its difficult to stop habits cold turkey, but the trick is to find a habit to override it. The book talks about an overwieght woman who was a chain smoker, who got over the habit by replacing it with jogging. Anytime she had the urge to smoke, she would go jogging first. Eventually she lost interest in smoking by jogging so much, and within a year she lost 60 pounds and ran a half marathon.
So the trick fellas is to find a hobby or something else that you can do when that urge to fap comes. For me its keeping up with the stock market. Just today alone I feel like a wall street broker; every time I see a cute girl at work in their little skirts and heels, I take a deep sigh, and look at my bloomberg app. Ive been on that app today more than I have over the past month. The urge and anxiety is dying down a little already, and worst case scenario Im going to learn A LOT more about the stock market.
