switch 2 is almost a year old...
have yall been playing yours a lot?
havent touched mine since donkey kong...
just waiting on duskbloods to drop....
I only have Pokemon games on both my Switch 1 and 2 tbh

Got Mario Kart too but that simply came with the Switch 2, I don’t think I’ve even booted it up.
Been playing Pokemon Champions pretty regularly. I’ve been following Pokemon VGC for some years but Champions is the first time I’m actually trying it out myself. I’m not taking it super seriously for now, just kinda messing around with teambuilding and gimmick strategies instead of trying to grind up to the Master Ball tier with a meta team.
Btw, this weekend is the first Pokemon VGC regional championship on Pokemon Champions. The previous regionals were still on the Scarlet/Violet restricted format.
All future VGC tournaments will take place on Pokemon Champions, including when the next gen (Winds/Waves) releases. They’ll simply continue rotating formats and adding/removing Pokemon along the way.
This weekend’s Indianapolis Regional will be streamed live on Twitch in case anyone’s interested.
For reference, this is the gimmicky team I built for now

Depending on the opponent I usually lead with either Sableye x Mega Delphox or Sableye x Milotic. The team is centered around setting up Gravity so Flapple’s Grav Apple gets an extra 50% bonus damage on top of the 50% from its Hustle ability. Gravity also offsets the Hustle accuracy penalty and allows my Milotic and/or Delphox to use their inaccurate moves without real risk of missing.
Basculegion is a totally broken Pokemon and on literally 50% of teams so it kinda has to be there.
I can’t really afford Flapple getting its attack reduced by Intimidate so Milotic with Competitive (+2 SpAtk if any stat is lowered) is there as a hard counter to Incineroar. Hydrapple is just kinda there, I never really bring it unless the opponent’s team looks so bad that I know I can farm an easy win for it. I should probably replace it with a hard counter to the likes of Kingambit.
