Not bad, but you got to get that avy under the 150kb limit. It's way over the limit.

Probably because it's got 144 frames.

Work on effects next. Like fade in/out, text effects, ect. Playing around with Ulead can get addicting.

Regal Black, why'd you change your avy? Did you have trouble trying to get it under the limit? I'm justcounting the days until we move away from Yuku on to a new freakin' server.

Yea I had another one i wanted to use but man these limits are getting on my nerves

your best bet is using photoshop to get it down some. also trying to cut the timeframe down to 3 secs. and to use a little frames as possible. also doing thefading helps also.
