Yeah I didnt really find that much comfort in any shox. Definitely didnt feel springy like they showed in the commercialsI can sort of understand why people don't find these comfortable. The zoom in the heel is the most comfortable part of the Lebrons, not the pods. I remember when Nike first did the shox, they weren't that comfortable either. In fact that's normally the case with new Nike tech. The later iterations are normally better.

I had a couple running ones and baseball cleats. they werent as tight/stiff fitting in the newer models
