Nike Zoom Hypercross Trainer

Damn, lucky! My Oregon's are still in New stage on Order Status.

Yea, my theory is they made these before the Top 4 were chosen by the selection committee. Nike announced these were the 4 releasing also before the selections were revealed. Nike got really lucky by taking that huge risk if they weren't in the top 4, and probably made the limited amounts to reflect that. Just my 2 cents. Nike conspiracy theory tho....lol

No kidding on the lucky 4 being released. I thought it was amusing when the pairings where announced the first time but I don't really think Nike was predicting those schools to be in the top 4, I think those 4 programs are very prominent and always get Nike stuff released to the public. When was the last time a TCU shoe was released? The Zoom Huarache Trainers in the Pro Combat circa 2011? Its not like TCU or Baylor are huge Nike sellers.

That or these are just early releases? Who knows, maybe they're releasing a limited quantity, with a larger scale release early next year before the season starts?

I never buy bowl game shirts but I had to have this shirt and the puddles hoodie.
Hey man good looks, such a clean looking shirt. I ordered the rose bowl shirt yesterday. If I'm correct it is 100% cotton, right?

I passed on these but man was I wrong. They are CLEAN. But I am happy with my Yellow Strike and Sherman Tr1s

Larger scale I would hope and for more schools. It would be cool to a see a purple/black, maybe accents of red on a TCU Hypercross.

Has anyone that order the Ohio State pair from Eastbay gotten shipping confirmation yet?

Picked up the Oregons at my Champs and saw an AJ Green variation of the shoe. Black/Orange with the Bengals logo on the insole.

I hope that they release NFL CW's of this shoe, that would be nice. They haven't done a proper NFL shoe release yet since they got the contract, just the Lunar TR1 in 2012 and assorted team shoes for each division that were very hard to get.

Did the Oregons release on Sports Authority today? I had the hypercross search up and just randomly refreshed it just now and saw the Oregons come up. But when I clicked the link, they were not found on the site. Same withing withe the OSU ones yesterday.

A size 13 pair of the Ohio State joints sold on eBay the other day for $450. :x

Stuff is serious; more and more college fans see these packs and want them, not just the sneakerheads of the world. Its still just insane to me, no shoe is ever worth $200+, yet alone that kind of money. Never pay that retail! I paid $166 for two pairs of the FSU's on Fanatics with a code, my fan cash, and free shipping. Look for those deals; it was basically buy one, get one for me.

To be fair, size 13 is ALWAYS hard to come by in these collegiate themed shoes...lucked out on the TR1s a few months ago but had to settle for a size 12 in the Free Trainers last year.

That being said, I hope Eastbay doesn't cancel my order...just chatted with a rep who said they still haven't received their stock from Nike.

Eastbay is the worsttttttt
Eh...I struck out on Nike with my size so as long as they come through eventually I don't mind the wait...the weird thing is I added my size to my cart, got to the checkout screen and there was a random pair of 'brons in my cart instead...so I had to dump my cart and then re-add and checkout again.

Praying for a restock, but I saw a real pic of these and they don't look nearly as good as the glam pics from Nike.

I may be ok with just my TR1 I got for $90.

I beg to differ.

I held them in hand at the store and wow do these pop.

I'm pretty sure you will have more chances, the Nike page was taken down after the initial "sell-out" the popped back up with out of stock, then switch back to "coming soon", now is back to "out of stock".  The Hypercool stuff also went from "coming soon" to "out of stock" back to "coming soon".

If Academy Sports of all places got these, there will be other places that get them. I will keep my eye out.
