So it's a Nikelab? I assume just the blacked out colorway?
And honestly, I didn't even know it was a running shoe til now
Nikelab isn't as hard as it was before. You should get a pair if you're there at launch.
Doesn't Canada have NDC now?I live in Canada, so I hafta ship to a proxy box and drive 2 hours to get it, heh.
Got any pics on feet? Considering getting that colorway since my boy could hook it up with his discount.Received the blue colorway. Runs TTS.
At $200, I really did give Nike a chance but have no choice but to compare to Adidas Boosts which the UBs are even $20 cheaper. At this point, I prefer Adidas primeknit, which is softer to the touch than Nike flyknit and feel more luxurious overall. Primeknit feels like a soft suede and the flyknit feels rough to the touch in comparison.
I purchased these due to the new midsole design and air unit, but Adidas boost is still more comfortable than the zoom air in these. Nike could have easily gave us zoom air to very tip toe of the shoes but I get it, they want to make you wait a decade (or 2) of evolution where as Adidas gave its consumers full length boost technology within 2 years from the very first boost release.
These do look visually appealing with the single color volt air unit and clear sole. Surprised Nike didn't give it the usual fade air unit colorway like they usually do the first years of premiering a new air max sole then single colors the following years. Waiting to see the low top version of these with a free unattached tongue and awaiting the release of the Vapor Max hopefully later this year. Nike definitely has been going downhill the last few years and need to give consumers what they want to see since our younger days, full length 360 degree air units.
Sporting a comfortable 8mm offset and weighing in at 10.8 oz/306.17 g (Men’s Size 10).
Just copped the NikeLab blacked out version. First non Kobe or Jordan I've purchased in a while. Don't really care about hype...these blacked out 'All Outs' are just plain sick. IMO...they're basically Zoom Chukkas. I'll just keep the pair I order DS for a while to see if they sit and go on sale. If so...I'll repurchase at discount and return. And I know everyone is ga-ga over Adi right now (and I do own some Adi product), but Zoom crushes boost performance wise. I like boost, but on several pairs the soles have felt bottomed out after a while. Zoom never disappoints. Worth every penny, and more if you get them on the low.
...Zoom very often disappoints.
Sometimes there isnt enough, sometimes it has the wrong psi, sometimes it messes up stability, sometimes it hurts flexibility, sometimes its constant micro adjustments tire out your feet, sometimes it separates internally and expands causing a bubble or deflates.
You cant be having blowouts mid race at a high level.
The actual running community likely wont even try these, even if they are good.
The price and the sock makes these jogger wear and I dont mean light running lol
