Did the zipper get stuck on some fabric? That happens a lot with jackets/fleeces. Has to be some kind of explanation.

No, I’m not going to call Nike 911. I sat up there for 45 damn minutes trying to take the shoe off:
-tried re-zipping it to the top to re-align.
-tried forcing my foot out.
-tried forcing the zipper. Oh snap, the zipper tap fell off.
I’m not staying up all night trying to remove a shoe that shouldn’t be giving me this much trouble to take off.

They have a very great warranty on their shoes if theres a defect and it lasts a long time. He will be fine.
