Fits baggy, I'd stick to the medium if I were you. I like the way mine fits but I think I would wear it more if it was a small
Whats ur height/weight
Sizing down might be your best bet. I'm a bit shorter than 6ft. Very similar to hockey sleeves so I think they're gonna be long regardless
