Hey! I'd say go true to size. It might fit a little bit bigger, but I wear training socks that are slightly thicker than my normal socks, so it fills up just fine.
I should also follow up and say that I did two workouts in them so far and they are surprisingly solid on carpeted floor. Definitely more stability support with the wider base compared to my Free x Metcons, so it's great for lateral bounds/speed skaters and any quick left-to-right/right-to-left movements. Anything that requires you to be on your toes works out, too, 'cause the front of the soles are much thinner and curves up. My only issue is that the shoe's relatively high off the ground. Could be a dealbreaker for that reason.
