If I get one more pair of shoes this year and they are it...then I'm a happy guy. Love this shoe in this colorway....had the retro about ten years ago nowif I remember right....

Somethings not right about these shape wise. The papermache leather isn't doing it for me either. Should have added the faux suede to these.

leather looks cheap.. mudguard looks like a cheap synthetic suede. toebox is perf. leather and not a full suede. lace locks are light grey, not dark grey(could be do to aging i suppoe). 34 still missing on the back...
it just doesnt bring that wow factor the older retro and og have.

the days of asking, which one is the original and which one ia the retro are over..
-true metallic silver midsole color.. soft nappy suede/nubuck toebox and upper. darker grey lack locks... grey leather mudguard mismatching the grey tones justa bit. shiny strap. just a perfect execution//
but who am i kidding? Do I have a choice here? they will be bought, even with all that's "wrong" with them. if they arent bought , nike will moveonto other experiemental shoes, so close enough designs need that support. sad way of life among cross trainers.
maybe its just the lighting thats throwing me off here, but too often I seen to know these materials without even seeing them.
