Ok I'm just waiting on an estimate, because this is going to cost money. Around 300 - 400 bucks, because if we get a room we have to get a buffet also.
So if we get about 30 people to go, it will be around 14 dollars per person.
Unless people want to say F getting a room, and F showing off shoes and just want to roam around D&B's and drink.

Well it's not official I'm talking to this chick negotiating if we have to have a buffet, and if we could just do drinks.

Are the rooms smoking rooms? Or do they have smoking rooms, Im an avid Cigar smoker.....

You Know if D&B dont work out, theres that bowling alley next to oakridge where you can get private sections + order alcohol....just a suggestion for aplan B.

I'm trying to get this stuff taken care of so I can let people get travel arrangements and what not but this doesn't help.

well someone suggested the bowling alley next t o DnB. If we do it at the alley all the underage kiddies can come as well. But its just a suggestion. Ihonestly dont care where its at im just hoping I can make this one cause I missed the last BBQ summit.
