Nike Store Hiring Process?

I wore a black USC Nike Dri Fit Polo, brown levi pants & some brown casual Nike's. Don't get too caught up in what you wear, just stand by your answers & demeanor during the interview.

I once worked for Nike.

My tip. Be the biggest sheep. They like people who are about the brand.

When we had our group training, they had a contest on who has the most Nike gear on. One guy had two headbands two different shoes three shirts wristbands etc. even went with the swoosh cut Into his head.

Got hired on the best floor, 5th floor, got to wear whatever kicks you want and clothes, other floors you have to wear the running gear they provide for you and give you whatever air max thats currently releasing.

This was in 2010,,,,still standing strong, but part time now since i graduated and got a better opportunity, but no way in hell I'ma leave Nike and that 40% discount lmao.

only good part about working at nike.

that's taking it way too far, its not that serious for any job.

But you said your schedule for training and stuff, I didn't get all that until the whole process was over and confirming that in fact I was hired. So them scheduling all that could be a very great chance your hired, plus you said outlet, I doubt they would go that hard, Niketown and mercer are the ones that go the extra mile in hiring.

impossible to get a job at mercer :lol

Congrats.

Just know that you're mainly being hired to for holiday help with the opportunity to be kept on.

Make sure you stand out in a positive way ( Work Ethic, Customer Service ) and you'll be kept on.

Make sure you take the opportunities to learn when they are presented to you.. You're Knowledge of Retros isn't gonna help you there at all. You're sneaker knowledge of release dates isn't gonna come in handy. No matter how much you think you know there is always someone that is gonna know more.

Make sure you familiarize yourself with running and training shoes..... The benefits and features of both. Also the different categories ( Neutral, Stability etc...)

Just got the call for a group interview with Niketown NY for S&R overnight shift....curious if anyone knows how the training process goes. Just concerned as I have a daytime job and wondering if the opportunities even worth entertaining if i can't go to training.
