+1!!! followed by the Kyries and Hardens
I think I'm actually looking forward to these more than any of the other Nike sigs lol.
Well I can tell you don't believe what I am saying which is fine...
But September has came and gone and no PG1...
This is a new marketing plan by Nike..if they dropped all the sigs at once, people would probably chose between KD, Kyrie, Kobe and LeBron...and now PG. With it spread out, people are inclined to buy....
Either way, it's March..could be a bit before but not much or later...but that is the expected release time.
Just watched the Pacers / Lakers game tonight. After the game a camera picked up PG telling Brian Shaw his shoes are coming out in January
Why? he's been deserving of one since like 2013They're not bad. I'm still pretty surprised Paul George has a signature shoe.
They're dropping in JanuaryMarch 2017... the pacers better make the playoffs so...
I just question how marketable he is. The Pacers aren't exactly on national TV a lot and they're a small market team. He wasn't hyped up in college the way Kyrie, Lebron, and KD were. Although the Cavs and Thunder are small market too, Lebron made the Cavs must watch and KD had Westbrook and Harden with him to make the Thunder more interesting. PG doesn't seem to have that ability or the surrounding teammates right now. However, with Kobe now retired and because Harden left, I can see why they gave it to him. He could be a superstar in the future. Why? he's been deserving of one since like 2013
Oh man, I forgot about that. Maybe they'll do a "Broken Leg" colorway like Kobe's "Achilles Heel" colorway. He's deserving of a sig just by fully recovering from that terrible leg break like it was nothing. Still got metalking about it.
He's a top 10 player.... All NBA, All defense, starts in the all star game... clearly Nike thinks he's marketable enough. Most early reviews i've seen of the shoe are good. Seems like it's getting a better reaction than the Kyrie 3I just question how marketable he is. The Pacers aren't exactly on national TV a lot and they're a small market team.
