I believe these are authentic.
The orange tab size looks fine to me. The font looks fine, it should not be too bold. The number of dots on top of the toe box depend size.
While one pair does have more dots then the other, I do believe this is just a factory flaw. The "logo" on the back is a little off centered but I believe that is also a factory flaw. The text on the right shoe is also a little bit off, but again this is just a small factory flaw, the text on this shoe still looks better then any replica that I have seen in this colorway.
Everything else looks good. Many replicas have not gotten the toe shape right or the tip of the swoosh, and yours looks good. The only factory that I did see selling small sizes was owf, but the tip of their swoosh are too fat and easy to spot.
If you are still unhappy about the flaws, you can see what GOAT says about a return, but I still think these are authentic.
