That was an offensive foul. And yes there has been more than visible soft decline. Still doesn’t change the fact he’s all athleticism and no brain / skill / craft. Every team he leaves does better. And you can tell the Lakers, from Bron to AD to Vogel are fed up with this dude. At best he’s a sixth man now. But too much ego and narcissism to see it. So now he looks like a clown on and off the court
