nike website says size up a half cause they run small, but my foot wide so i may do a full sz up. they should be used for indoor or outdoor since they’re a pre-game/workout mule. just make sure to pick up your feet when you walkin haha

Once I heard it's like acupuncture standing on these, I'm good. I don't know why that's supposed to feel good. I don't know why they keep making slides like this where it feels like walking on a cobblestone road.

Nike Mind 001
As a US10, I compared the US10 and the US11:
Left foot: US11 vs Right foot: US10
US 10: snug fit and heel is right up to the end when wearing Elite socks
US11: a bit more space all around and at the heel which I found to be more comfortable when wearing them.
I went with a size up and got the US11.
The thickness of the socks will also factor into the comfort and snugness as a thinner sock might also let you feel more of the benefits from the beads.

These felt good in TTS and due to the lace lockdown, you can definitely feel more of the beads pressing when walking compared to the mules.
