I've had pretty good experiences on there. I was able to get my 10.5 this morning. Shopify didn't work for me so I had to use Apple Pay. But to answer your question there was only one time where they oversold an item and it was for a sneaker that was on sale. I got my money back the next day when they caught the mistake.
