*Didn't really love the ZoomX experience while playing in them. Gonna swap in my LBJ 11 Zoom insole next time and see how that feels

It’s the carbon fiber plate rubbing against the bottom of the shoe. Remove the drop in and place a dryer sheet over that carbon fiber section and the sound is gone.

Does this EVENTUALLY go away permanently with break in or? Casually do they make this noise as well? I swear these had so much potential.. want to cave on the Masked Menace pair but there’s always something.

I wear mine casually and with dryer sheet I barely hear. Like no sound at all. You’ll have to replace the dryer sheet eventually but it’s not often. That will be a different story but, again not hard to replace.

Doesn't have to be chasing anything to want one more year. Its a game he's played for majority of his life. It's hard to give that up.

Nothing at this point. But Brons a businessman as much as he is an athlete.
If this was truly his final season, Nike would’ve been notified well in advance. They’re gonna rollout a whole retirement campaign and use that as a selling point to market the hell out of his next sneaker along with releasing bunch of merch to go along with it to pay tribute to his career.
The league would’ve been notified well in advance too by him and his camp and the NBA ain’t letting him leave without giving him a proper farewell tour.
All the moves he makes whether they’re on or off the court are strategically planned. He ain’t a dude who acts on impulse and he consults with his people before he makes big decisions like this. And word would’ve gotten out by now.
I do believe that next season will be his last though

Uh, hasn't that been what this is? 23 colorways? "Forever King"? Going over his greatest hits like the mask and Lebronto, etc? Solid gold shoes? Matching T-shirts for every colorway?
Bron keeps saying he's not gonna be that guy that overstays his welcome. I mean it could hinge on how they do in the playoffs, but it seems to me like he's looking for an exit.

The 23 model was, more or less, a teaser hinting that the end is very near.
I don’t understand how him playing one more year would be perceived as overstaying his welcome.
