Nike LeBron 23

Relax man… no one’s questioning the integrity of your reviews. I’ve watched them and think they’re solid videos. How else would I know you’re a big fan of the FLZ strobel? That’s obviously a personal preference, not a knock on your review. At the end of the day, reviews are just opinions… people won’t always agree, and as long as the convo stays respectful, it’s all good.

My post was just poking fun at the messenger — not you personally but an MJ-influenced SN posting criticism in a LeBron thread? Come on, that’s funny 😂
And I’d do the same if someone with an LBJ SN jumped into a Kobe thread saying the new Protros are weak 😂

Everything online doesn’t have to be a personal attack — sometimes people take this stuff way too seriously.

I feel attacked about the grocery store part.
Had these ready to go next to the door for my Safeway trip in a few minutes.
Obviously I had to change to a different shoe now.

Lmao this had me rolling. Just kidding fam 🤪😅😭😄

Took me 23 years to realize my daughter turns the same age as the new Lebron shoe, lol.
Young, you know what's wild? I use Lebron as a time reference. He's almost exactly 1 year older than me, and I know the years every individual shoe came out. I'm in the job interview like "What years were you the manager of this and this?" I'm like "OK Lebron 7 that was '09 and I had the sample 2 months earlier so that was...". Swear to God that's how I remember my timeline

The sizing is definitely weird here. The half down while caused some discomfort has me wondering if I can “break them in” for ball whereas TTS for casual is definitely the move. I returned half down but now I low key want a half down AND TTS, one for ball and the other for casual. 🤦🏻‍♂️ It’s mainly the heel lockdown that makes a difference at .5 down.

High key wanna pass on this model cause that’s too much of a hassle IMO despite it being a great looking model. If I can’t double the sneaker as ball/casual I usually tend to just buy one if it’s a looker or skip it altogether.

Also, FDZ is my go to for sizing cause he actually measures the inside of the sneaker which gives me a better idea than someone like Nightwing that is describing his own personal foot experience. Numbers make all the difference to me.

I wear everything casually, these feel great. I have no beef with dude, but watch highlights of him "hoop". I wouldn't let him influence my purchases and ill say less
He’s good to see the breakdown of the shoe, and im taking about the physical stuff. Just cool to see. More than half the tests are pointless…… and yeah…. The performance review is what it is haha

It’s kinda funny how people act like we need to see your skill level to justify… an opinion.

Did you actually play in the shoes? Do you understand the tech and specs? Can you communicate your experience clearly? That’s all that really matters to me.

No offense to any of the big shoe tubers, but I doubt most of them would stand out at some of the runs I used to hit back in the day… (not bragging or anything) and that doesn’t make their reviews any less valid.

For example… NBA media is full of guys who probably can’t make a left-handed layup, but people still respect what Bill Simmons or Windy have to say.

What’s the difference?

For basketball shoes probably not…(folks caring about Windy or Simmons opinion). Not will anyone care about

But…none of the NBA podcasters have tried to capitalize on shoe reviews…

Which is crazy. PJ Tucker could make $$$ showing off his collection, chopping it up about shoes and doing shoe reviews.
