Couple questions for those that have been hooping in these from the get (circa end of 2022)

1) How often do you hoop in the XXs that you purchased and what color way?

2) How long do you think one pair lasts after being a mainstay in the rotation all these years?

For example, I’ve been exclusively hooping in the Christmas and ASW pair since release (so December 2022 and February 2023) out of all my pairs. Now, about two and a half/three years later I find myself asking if it’s time to stash them away and pull out new pairs.. mind you they still feel good, not as plush/snug as day 1 but they still get the job done. Tread is still practically new. Minimal casual wear and exclusive indoor performance wear. I’d say I put in well over 250/300 hours per sneaker.

I stopped hooping in my old pairs. I felt like they shrank when I switched back from other shoes and I had to break them in all over again.

I had been playing in them once or twice a week, usually for rec games and occasional practices. I’ve got a large rotation, so I use lots of other shoes for training.

I probably have less hours in mine, rotated between the dark orange, trinity, grey with blue swoosh, and black with blue accents.

Used these since ‘23. All are in great condition, though the outsole is worn on the black/blue one since I used that for outdoors. But I still rotate the others for rec games with Kobe 6.

Rotated between 4 pairs too so that definitely helps..
I played mostly in my Lebron 20s from like October 2022- September 2024. They look good, I still play in them but traction got a bunch of dust caked.
Ok so almost similar time frame and in one specific color way.. must be a considerate amount of dust for that to happen. Can't relate in that regard, my outsoles look damn near DS excluding the Christmas pair cause of discoloration.
Heat colorway and ripped through them in about 6 months.

Im an explosive player though
Ok Zion, do your thing.

I think I'm just gonna relegate them to casual/workout wear for peace of mind. Got enough ball kicks that I don't need to risk anything. I'm more of a cautious type of player when it comes to my physical health. Literally rather be safe than sorry.

Broke these in and finally got a solid run in them this morning. Initially on a few shoot arounds prior to today there was this nagging “pinch” like sensation right over my big toe joint. Like the lace holder was digging into my foot, went away though and I felt none of it today.

GOAT LeBron for me hands down. I can say that with full confidence.
