After the debacle that was the 19 in terms of sales and numerous colorways hitting deep discounts, I think Nike is being more tactical with their approach on releases for the 20. It also feels like there are less numbers produced in each size for each GR release, but I have no stats to back that claim up lol

I hear ya, but some of the lebron retros and PEs like the big bangs, palmers, wtt 9s have been on sale for well under retail.

Big difference in "coolness" factor between these and those "played out" retros with the kids these days.

No one is thinking pairs like The Debut, or the Grinch pair would be on discount already like a few have said in here for some strange reason. One would think pairs like the Trinity that came out Oct. 24th and the VF and Time Machine (which were out earlier than the Trinities) would be on discount by now. Nike and these other retailers are on holding on to these as long as possible at retail, and the larger sizes are drying up at that $200 + tax ticket.

Which is what I said. Nike and retailers are trying to salvage what the 19 did. That’s probably the fastest shoe I’ve seen go on deep discount almost instantly. They’re trying to insure that’s not the norm, which from a business POV, I can’t blame them.
