I had these direct from Nike and mine did not look like that at the toe. I think he picked up the Lose/Lose colorway.

Big sizes do funny things to a sneaker.

Zach Collins is essentially 7-feet tall...so I'm guessing between 16-20 size shoe. I don't think rep factories bother with those sizes
