The side of the tongue leather ripping off ?

I wore it for 3 hours today for ball and noticed afterwards that the bottom side of the tongue had synthetic leather which ripped off ?

I was so close to buying a pair of Samurais with that 20% off code on eBay. Would have been ~$160 shipped. I put my black ices on and just thought ehhhhh...nope. Ended up with a pair of the black/white speckle UB 3.0s for retail.
