It doesn't look right because the midsole on the Kyrie's breaks it up. On the Kobe V it was connected.

I see what you are saying, they prob could have blacked the midsole from the front up until that point, but I still like them more than any other Bruce lee other than the V.

Laced Up Laces used to make some 3M laces just like those, but they're no longer on their website. Might be able to find em on Amazon or Ebay.

although not nearly as limited, the BL kobe 11 matched the classic with the stitched scratches on the heel.

That's true, but I feel the original had the true sleekness that embodied Bruce. Don't get me wrong, both the 9s and 11s are still great.
