I got them for my wife as I always do. Dsg came through with that 1 day shipping. Not bad but definitely not the 12 or 7.

Just picked up a pair of the USA colorway at my local Hibbets… $64 after taxes, right around what I was willing to pay for these. How’s the performance on this model? Looking through this thread I don’t see a lot of reviews.
I put a KD 13 on one foot and a LBJ 18 on the other in store while trying them on, both cushioning setups felt amazing but I think I like the fit of the KD’s a little more. Anyone own both and care to compare the two?

I had both the Lebron 18s and KD 13s at the same time for a few days. I ended up returning the 18s. Though I really liked the cushioning of the 18s (awesome feeling in the forefoot and heel), they fit a little long, the tongue SUCKS (bad cushioning from laces and top edge cut into my shins, the ankle area stitching was rubbing my ankle raw (could have just been so-so craftsmanship on my pair), the heel feels a touch tippy on hard heel landings, and the shoe just felt heavier and overbuilt. The KD13s also have very good cushioning (the forefoot is GREAT while the heel is good), fit better, feel lighter, don't have hot spots, and were significant cheaper (got the 13s for $90 vs $160 for the 18s). Maybe I'll try another pair of 18s when the prices drop closer to $100. For now I'm happy with the 13s.

For straight cushioning, yeah, the Lebron 18 can’t be beat - just pure volume of midsole, and good midsole materials, makes it hard to beat. Court feel is NADA, which is where the KD13 makes up ground. For me, if you need cushioning, go Lebron 18, Zoom BB NXT, KD13. Overall, I like the KD13 best. The fit and traction is better and the cushioning/court feel combo bumps it up.

How's the traction on the kd13? Im interested in a cw with solid black outsole. Heard solid black outsole aint that great and better to stick with solid white. Is this true?

Funny you should ask, one of the shoes had a bit too much "bleach" effect so I ordered another pair that looked better overall.

I was wondering if that was the case based on the few pictures I could find. Really liking the theme of the color way, but is the swoosh visible, or does it blend in to look solid black? The stock photos are a little misleading. It’s either gonna be these, the “Chill”, or the aunt pearls. I haven’t decided.
