I bought a pair of navy/white OG XVI's on the release date. About 5-7 years ago they totally fell apart from casual wear. They were still NDS but the solecompletely split open and the air bubble started coming out of the bottom of the sneaker. I sent it back to Nike and they honored the return (lifetimeguarantee??) as a manufacturing flaw. I received a voucher for $180, i believe. (retail price for the xvi's when they first released) I really really lovedthose XVI's and could ONLY use the voucher on the Nike website. So, i wasn't able to ever get my XVI's replaced. However, I bought two pairs of lowtop IX's with the voucher. The white/chrome's and the pearl's. The white/chrome's look like trash now but the pearls are NDS still. However, the pearls fell apart too!!! I don't play sports in my Jordans or abuse them in any way. This happened from normal occasional use. My question is: DoesNike still offer the same lifetime guarantee return policy on poorly constructed sneakers?? If so, what is the best way to go about returning the sneakersbecause i can barely remember how i did it with the XVI's. It's been a while. If there is anyone who has done a successful return on old sneakerslately, let me know how you went about doing it. I've included a link to the picture here. Thanks in advance for anyone with help on this.
