Well, the folks at Nike are trying, but I think this foray into wireless shoe firmware upgrades is gonna be a hard-earned lesson.
The poor girl at Nike Customer Assistance just called me back to tell me to try to use the app to do a full reset of my shoes. GIRL, DID YOU THINK I DIDN'T TRY THAT? If they aren't BT paired, that ain't gonna happen!

lol yeah no doubt , and I've been one for pretty much everything-- I told the CS girl (in a friendly way) I'd enjoy staring at them the next couple of days. NBD. But part of me wants to send em back so I can half-size up...

After fighting with mine, I got them running pretty smoothly. It took me a couple of tries of pairing but after the update they linked right up and I now have them setup to auto adjust when I put them on and I can hit a button in the App to loosen them to take them off. Very happy at this point. Just wanted to post my story in case you are pondering giving up.

Just like the hyperadapts, the lights didn’t stay on long as well as I believe it would drain the battery faster guys
