I've owned each year's new air max and ran 500 miles in them a year for 15 years running and in my opinion a full size down works just fine if you will wear them casually. if you put some serious work in wearing them, like i have, you'll need the right size. 

in my case, i run in a 13, but 12 is just fine.

that's just me, whatever that's worth

Question for sizing.. Do ppl .5 size up for semi wide feet? My tts is 7 but I wear 7.5 in all flyknit lunars, etc.
