Man, this shoe craze is getting ridiculous, it used to be nobody liked dunks. I used to buy special edition dunks all the time on sale for like $60 because they'd been in the shoe stores so long. Now I struggle to cop a pair for $115.

Really? It was the dunk, and the SB dunk that started the modern era of shoe beasting. People were lining up for dunks. Jordan retros in '94 and '01 sat on shelves.

Yeah I've got a pair of dunks I remember buying them clearance from the Nike outlet for $40, and another pair for $60. This wasn't one or two either, there was a whole shelf full of them. I'd say these sales occurred around mid to late 2000's, when Air Forces were all rage.

Here's the pair I got for $40 I got these 2 years ago, my friends used to call them the picnic shoes.

You can get pretty much any color on ebay for right around retail.  These are no reselling for much at all.  Also yes they do smell like plastic.

I returned my blue pair sz 14 to Footlocker. Just didn't like those Velcro swoosh. In general I hate anything Velco.
