Also Deion’s last Nike signature shoe... The Air Speed Flash! I'm not sure why they departed from the Diamond Turf / DT naming formula? Randy Moss and others wore these a ton in the 1998-1999 season. In the season after you would see Deion go on to wear the Air Zoom DBL (Turf PE) and various Jordan PE's throughout the rest of his playing career. This would be the final one for Prime smh! I love them though! Super slept on!

The one Deion is holding definitely isn't Varsity Maize. I think bklyn style baby said it a page or two ago that it was going to be Vegas Gold, which is like a khaki-ish color. Still don't like it, but it makes sense because I think that's Colorado's official shade.

When my buddy was QB for Baylor University the gold we used on the helmets then was Varsity Gold. They looked really good during the day but at night you're right, it's more of a flat khaki look. I need to see if I can find a helmet.
