Actually, I know for sure Nike basketball and cleated models run up to 13.5s. On the auction website, peep these auctions for sz 13.5s (nine pages inall):

to add to this, even though i have not seen them in trainer 1's.
but i've seen size 16.5, 17.5, and a few random half sizes pop up in between that.
they might have had the ' 9999999999" tag on them.
still goes to show they make half sizes bigger than 12.5
i am not talking pe's either, these i had seen were for sale at retail
from various locations.

^ I'm usually a 13 and they were pretty tight to me, granted i was using different inserts but you might be fine with just the stock insole in it
