She's claiming these will have some sort of brand new technology.
This thread title will now be revised as the "Nike Caitlin 1" going forward because there's a finally a name for these pending signature shoes. I'm sure most people assumed these were going to have a simple name like this.

I am so ready. They should make a ladies' christmas pack. Instead of LeBron, Kobe, and KD, it can be A'ja, Caitlin, and Sabrina.

With Nike likely having some big expectations for sales of this shoe, yall think they could have Caitlin wear a pair this Saturday?
That would be a full 5 months early and they'd probably be better served not making these rabid fans start waiting in mid spring for an early fall shoe but all sorts of shenanigans could happen between now and then if they had a pop-up on opening day or something. However many got out there would be going for like Brick by Brick prices for a few months and that would get a bunch of news stories and buzz and then you have her pop into the NBA finals and answer a question or two about how it's so incredible and they can sell merch and what not in the meantime.

Shai and Book wore their shoes early. But I think she/Nike will wait until hopefully the playoffs. Maybe All-Star game debut.

Clark could legit be Nikes best athlete to push shoes. I can’t think of anyone else that has that ability, NBA or WNBA.

Still unsure why Nike doesn’t have her in her signature shoe. This part of the reason why Nike is struggling like it is. Slow to react. Can’t get out of their own way. Like others have said Swoosh should have been had her apparel and signature shoe ready.
