I pulled the trigger on the Midnight Fogs. I might get the Heritage's too, but IMO, trends tend to resurface every 20 years, so like in 5 years, the Heritages might look whack whereas I think the Midnight Fogs look more timeless.

Metcon or romaleos.

The romaleos actually have a piece in the heel under the insole that is a mini weight lifting platform essentially. Go check them out if you haven't. For dead lift or squats they're top knotch.

You never use any extra cushioned shoe for leg day lol. That will kill your joints and stability. You wanna go flat/stiff cushion shoes
