langfor5, are they comfartable enough to play ball in? Would you be able to post some pics?
If that's how you feel about this release, you would think you were walking on pillows of air wearing the '95 or '00 versions.I wasn't able to play ball in them but I did do a full work out at the gym in then. So maybe that will help you out.
First thing I noticed was the tongue is very short. You will constantly be pulling on the tabs to keep the tongue up. The next thing I noticed was the weight. When I was playing ball I was playing in Kobe 8's or KD7's and the weight is noticeable compared to the two. Of course you realize that technology was different in 1995 as this current model is a mixture of pleather and nubuck material. Comfort really surprised me as it was very good. No pain during the workout, after or this morning. It is a very flat shoe with no arch which works great for me. The Air Max units don't feel anything like the 360 units we see today but it was still a comfortable shoe. I would feel comfortable recommending the shoe with the exception that this isn't the Kobe, Lebron or KD's that we see today.
