Um, I would say both. I have the 15s in a sz 11 and they aren't a problem, but my kyries I usually go 11.5 bc the break is too brutal at 11.

7s should fit you fine in an 11.

My friend got a DS pair of 8 lows the reds, and they were too tight on him and I'm in between 11-11.5 so I took the chance bc those are madddd nice and he gave me a good price but those def run a little tighter than Kobe's/Hardens.
