I have beef with the fact that I have to pay a $40 premium for the Royal Blue color, which they freely advertise on the site, just because they consider it an iD color.
Also, what's up with the tongue discrepancies in the pictures. Their official response is that it's just "pulled out more", but that's like almost 2 inches of difference.
Jerusha: Hi, my name is Jerusha. How may I help you?
BonesDT: I had some questions about the Air Max 2013.
BonesDT: Pictures of the red one show a very long tongue and pictures of the other colors show a short tongue.
BonesDT: What's that about?
Jerusha: I can definitely look into this for you today.
Jerusha: It looks like all these have the same style numbers so I can definitely confirm that they are all the same style shoe. It just seems that for some colors we pulled the tongue out more for some reason.
Jerusha: For the image that is.
Jerusha: All the shoes will have the same length tongue, we just pulled the tongue out on some of the others when we took the picture of the shoes.
BonesDT: It seems like a lot for the tongue to move, but OK. The other thing is, when you customize with iD, you have your choice between the Responsive & Soft sockliners. What sockliner does the non-iD stock color Air Maxes come with?
Jerusha: That's a great question! Let me look into this for you. One moment.
Jerusha: The standard is cushioned, or soft sockliner.
