Because everything about the 2011 version was wrong. That was more of a retro+ than a retro of the OG. Long hair nubuck, weak 3m, and red jumpman on the sole

True, they did the shoe in 2007 that's only a 4 year gap. Doesn't make sense they would do that.

I'm regretting not buying a second pair when I had the chance, so hopefully there will be another restock in the near future.
