You might need to take them out of cart and do it again, only way it worked for me. I couldn't check out for some reason the first time.

FNL is notorious for holding charges 3-4 times and not processing your orders. I hate their checkout process

Yeah I had two cancelled payments on my PP history just now, hopefully it goes through when I manually keyed my card. I'm tempted to use another card and put another order in just in case.
