Plastic leather, wrong gray, and a weak shape. If the upcoming release fixes the 2/3 that Jordan Brand has shown some willingness to, then I'd say that it's a justified release.

Don't forget that the og mesh was parallel to the plastic wings, they need to fix that as well.

The og's on this page are lit. I remember getting the 06' pair for $210 like 4 months early back when PYS was getting them early from European retailers. Had the 07' metallic 5's before Christmas too. I don't think its possible to get legit jays that early anymore.

What an overall difference between the shoes then and now. They had thicker padding and a overall better shape. These are some awesome pic though!

It seems like they're just dropping the first colorway of each model with Nike Air. So next will probably be 3M tongue Fire Red 5, then White Infrared 6.

I hate getting excited about something that is highly likely a lot of us won't be able to get, and I'm NOT paying a reseller. Hopefully the '12 prices will plummet, and I'll just get those to satisfy my desire for this colorway even though the quality was poor. Can anyone that has (and wears) these tell me if the midsole cracks easily? If it doesn't, I'll settle for those and move on. Would love to have great quality though....couldn't care less about NA on the back even though that's what I had back in '89.

I would enjoy this very much but not for $220-$250 retail as the 4s are slated to be next year when they release. Which if that is true and the case the reasoning behind it is...?
