With almost all retro trainer models you can wait it out and catch a sale. most, not all.

That said, there are some I'll pay retail for when they come out just b/c I want them. And like someone mentioned, I don't mind buying from NDC b/c once that sale price hits, I can usually return w/ no hassles and no losing money.

 it's hard to find a PRM QS sell, the flight huaraches was PRM and you can't find those for sell... the last trainer huaraches i got was the grey green PRM and they aint for sell but can be found on  ebay a little cheap  because  its not a great cw.. but these berry/greens are a og cw and I dont see them going on sale no time soon if not ever so if you waiting on a $39.99-$50 sell i dont see it happening.

If by Gray/Green, you mean the NYC pair, those are at outlets right now. Just like what ends up happening to a lot of unhyped "PRM QS" (hate these dumb *** labels ) releases.

yea NYC ...oo aight thou, blame FAB 5 for the flights not going to outlets then lol.. well the berry/greens might hit outlets but buying now for $115 aint bad at all i cant wait for sells when it comes to huaraches..

I waited on the trash black/gray and they sold fast at outlets for $70.

I'm patient but for $100 I just bit the bullet and copped early. If anything, i'll cop another pair when they hit outlets.

@Pinero84 - Nah not saying every single one is going to outlets. But you can catch just about all of them for under retail, even if it's only $10-30 or maybe even just free shipping. Training, esp. retro Trainers, are a very niche group. People in this thread obviously value them but mainstream or even sneakerheads as a whole aren't as attracted to them as we are.

I don't think these will go on sale anytime soon but I think they'll be available for a little while. Saw them in store today and they look pretty good. Leather looks good, similar to the leather on he scream greens and the shape is much better than the last couple of huarache trainer retros. Toe area doesn't seem so turned up and boxy.

Taking it easy in any spending right now so I'm good. If I can still find these when the black/grey pair drop I might grab both together but I can take or leave them.

blk/grey ones dropping next year will be copp x2 if Nike do them justice. according to J they back to og form with blue/grey.. any release on trainer huaraches i will copp except those blk/red prm on ebay now, nike need to retire that blk/red on every shoe, its really annoying.

That's so unacceptable, but unfortunately there's not a lot we can do about it. I remember ordering from Oneness in 2011 and they were cool people, I got the Cannon Lebron 9s for $190 shipped when they were sold out everywhere else. It's a shame to hear they've gone this route since then.

Unfortunately it seems to be the norm with a lot of boutiques these days. Sneaker Bistro tried to charge me $25 shopping to VA when they got their Lava ATC restock.

They fit TTS. The toebox is roomy but I don't think they are big enough to size down because the bootie fits snug. Size down will probably be a little too tight.

Funny you mention that. Deion's first big ad campaign was for this shoe. The dark green/black/silver pair, we all called the "Deion Sander-Claus" because of the commercial. Diamond Turfs came the following year.

  Just dug the pair I had in high school out of storage a few days ago.  Apparently they're still very much wearable, so I may give them a shot this weekend.  I'll post some pics if I get time.  Funny thing about this pair is that I got them at a Finish Line 2 years after they came out.  Last pair, just chillin' on the wall.

I don't think there really was one. They were just trying to get him in the rotation. They came out around Christmas and he played the character of "Deion Sander-Claus." That was about it.
