You can tell by the shape of the back and the carbon fiber. If the sides on the back of the shoe are flat and don't curve out a little, they're fake. The carbon fiber looks good and reflects some light. It also doesn't look like its painted on there.

Ya the shape of the back is always a dead giveaway.  Someone posted pics of fakes to compare in another post let's see if I can find it.

Edit: This was it.  idk if you can tell but the back is just not the same
