Nike Air Bakin returning Spring 2026

Does anyone know what name of the shoe is in reference to?

"The Nike Air Bakin, released in 1997, got its name from a "baking" theme intended to highlight the shoe's hot, fiery design (featuring red and yellow colors) and its place in an "outdoor-inspired" basketball line alongside models like the Air Grill and Air B-Que. The name was part of a marketing concept focused on heat."

I copped thr Supreme joints a couple years ago? Same/similar?

Durabuck hasn't existed in decades and Nike didn't own it.
Yes, but they had a “nikebuck” version that they used through the mid ‘00s that was very close. I think that’s what he meant.

Mannnn definitely refreshing seeing these come back out ....cant wait

I have the air bakin triple blacks that were ripstop from 2007. Got them at a good price, but half size down so I never really wore them like I should have. Air bubble is foggy, but I need to try them on to see if they're still wearable.

I'd get the lows on sale.
