Post your observations from Week 2...

-I think we ran the ball less than 10 times in the second half. I don't know who's calling plays but that's still not going to get it done.

-Philip Rivers isn't back. Philly's defense is back.

-49ers class of the NFL? Unacceptable.

-So when will any blame be put on RG3's father for saying his son isn't going to run this season, because clearly that's looking like the case.

-Eli Manning with 7 INTs on the season, but of course he'll never get the blame.

-Boldin 1 catch.

-More of the same out there in Detroit.

-Ravens/Browns with the struggle game of the week.

-All these sophomore QB's looking shaky. That's why you should wait atleast two years before you start handed out Top 10 awards.

-Panthers have got to be the most frustrating team to watch if your a fan.

Quotes Of The Week
-We bout to go to Seattle and dominate, Rich homie quan gonna have a field day again next week, Kaep gonna have a REMARKABLE game-49ers fan
-I don't see us going less than 11-5 . And yes I've seen the schedule.-******** fan who hasn't been seen since last Monday before 6:55pm.
Calling a 38-21 victory. Chargers get a garbage time TD.-Eagles fan

I want Dashon Goldson and Mark Barron to simultaneously hit Josh Freeman helmet to helmet.

-So when will any blame be put on RG3's father for saying his son isn't going to run this season, because clearly that's looking like the case.

Trust me...folks are tired of him. He should have NEVER been given a platform to speak.

Skins are a mess on offense - but it's fixable. The defense...not so much.

*Random...but there was a big Skins name change rally planned in GB for yesterday's game. 9 people showed up.

Watched about 10 minutes of football yesterday

Seattle at home is ridiculous
Peyton off to an incredible start
Bengals should get about 7 sacks on Ben tonight

Thought Tannehill looked good on the road yesterday.

You're right. I was thinking about the "big 4".

...but Tannehill did look good. Impressive win.

-dolphins 2-0
-my fantasy team 0-2 :smh
-Christian Ponder experiment is over
-Jags are going to match the Lions perfect season
-Josh Freeman's days are numbered, so are his coach's
-Saints are only going to get better, another potential SB run
-lions....don't understand why they aren't better than they are. But I feel like I've been saying this for years
-Reid is 2-0
-Broncos best team in AFC
-Rg3 isn't ready, clearly was rushed back too soon. Partly the Skins fault. Partly his fault for having a ridiculous ego and placing that opening day timeframe on himself way back in January. Injuries don't work like that, can't just set some arbitrary date that you're going to be ready by. And Adidas didn't help by running that "All In" opening day advertising campaign using him. Did nothing but put even more pressure on him to play when he's not 100%.

If he gets hurt again, then there's going to be a lot of blame to go around.

-Mike Shanahan probably needs to go
-......but Eli is supposed to be ELIte right?

-Kinda ironic that there were so many low scoring games in this new era of high powered offenses. Is defense back?
-I'm a Brandon Meriweather fan but this guy needs to get it together. :smh
-that targeting call on the Broncos safety was atrocious

Definitely starting to see a decline from that 04 QB draft class. Kind of sad

Eagles
- by far the worst safety tandem in the NFL is any one where Nate Allen is present in, dude is HORRIBLE :x. Kerry Rhodes HAS to be better than him
- Cary Williams trying to set a record for individual penalties in a season
- Chip Kelly needs help with clock management, even Madden players know to waste time before a 2 minute warning if you got fist and 10 in the redzone :{
- Vick and Desean's good games were glossed over by the horrid defense and special teams play, thanks for nothing Alex Henery

Everyone Else
- the Giants are on pace for a looooooong season if this holds up. Offense is very predictable and stale and the defense can't stop anyone. Eli Manning looking like the worst QB in the division again
- Or is that Tony Romo? Dude threw it to the same route like 3 times in a row on their last possession, didn't even try to throw it downfield. Dez disappeared after the first half and Demarco Murray continues to be absolutely worthless, he has zero juke skills in his entire body
- RG3 without the threat of running is very ordinary as is the Skins offense. Deangelo Hall routinely got toasted yesterday by Jordy "Top 5" Nelson
- Jaguars might not score 30 points total this season
- Seahawks homefield advantage is crazy, shut the 49ers completely down.
- Props to the Dolphins on another W
- Deandre Hopkins is what the Texans have needed for at LEAST 6 years, a competent wide receiver playing opposite Andre Johnson lol
- Bills had no business winning that game yesterday, Panthers just can't put it together for 4 quarters EVER
- Josh Freeman is just awful :x
- Brandon Merriweather is an idiot and trying to kill himself on this field every time he gets the chance

-All these sophomore QB's looking shaky. That's why you should wait atleast two years before you start handed out Top 10 awards.

-Panthers have got to be the most frustrating team to watch if your a fan.

Agree wholeheartedly

Texans
- Happy with the win but man this three game stretch is looking bleak
- Nuk Hopkins :hat , having a competent receiver next to Dre is a new feel

NFL
- Eli is just flinging it and saying **** it
- Peyton, dude is simply amazing
- Josh Freeman :lol
- Indy's o-line might get Luck killed
- Seattle's defense is just sick, they aren't even completely healthy up front
- Nice win for Buffalo and Manuel, but Stevie was OPEN
- I thought the Panthers would be good this year

:{

its disgusting.

- we have the worst secondary and receiving core in the league.
- rivera prolly wont survive the season. that was the one game we could pencil in as a win.
- :| at Brandon Lafell as a 2.
- line has Mario Williams looking like a stud.
- cant finish just cant finish. its crazy.
- Offense play calling was so silly, Shula is a clown with it.

Definitely starting to see a decline from that 04 QB draft class. Kind of sad

Makes you put into perspective how short NFL careers are, moreso prime years of a player compared to the NBA and MLB.

That 04 class is in its 10th season and that would be seen by some as the later stage of their career.

Meanwhile in the nba Dwight Howard is entering his 10th season, lebron his 9th and their considered to be entering the prime part of their careers.

Makes you gain a sense of appreciation for what Brady and manning are doing also, regardless of how I feel about them or their teams to be 14 and 16 seasons in and playing great still speaks volumes to how good they are.

Just wasn't into football yesterday ... a fantasy dud ... multiple injuries ... smh

Rivers ... he's back? i hope floyd is ok ... his neck just disappeared on that play ...
#18 ... what more needs to be said ... just get a second ring ... that's all i ask
Detroit needs reggie ... knee injuries worry me
Lacy ... damn ... don't jump in the air like that ... Rodgers ... that guy is pretty good
Happy for the chiefs ... lots of talent ... time to start winning games
The pats just find a way
EJ ... i still cannot believe what i'm seeing ... keep it up
McFadden sighting 8o
AP ... you know better than to be running backwards when your QB is Ponder
Hopkins was sonning people out there... Titans ... how you lose that game?
Harbaugh better figure out something ... Seattle isn't going anywhere ...

Bum(s) of the week
Eagles D -
Eli - less football on your phone ... and more practicing ... you been in the league too long to be clowning around like that ... you not even forcing the ball ... just throwing horribly ... almost got nicks killed on that pass that sailed on the sidelines ... that one INT of the dudes foot though .... that's bad luck though ...
******** ... going to stay on this list until RG3 can run again ... hard to watch that team ... i hope the kid gets better ... those practice sprints right now aren't indicative of what the kid can do in the game b/c right now i'm seeing a whole lot of nothing ...
What happened to Josh Freeman? ... i thought he was going to be ok after he had that stretch last season when he was str8 ballin'
Another permanent fixture ... the jets
Carolina ... these ninjas cannot hold a lead .... EVER

I can't even imagine being a Panthers fan right now.  I like that team and they disappoint the exact same way every week.

-Ron Rivera is gone.

-Greg Schiano is gone.

-Like what I see from EJ.  Great poise even though he didn't play a perfect game.  Mario Williams sighting!

-No chance Indy goes back to the playoffs this year.

-Miami might be legit good.  Pass rush and secondary look surprisingly solid.

-F DeAndre Hopkins for sinking my fantasy team

-Not sure what to think about the Packers.  Are they elite or what?  Seems like that defense has as many holes as ever.

-Yeah, Eli looks bad now, but we all give him a pass because his entire career has been like this- alternating between looking like s**t and looking great until he wins a Super Bowl.

-Cowboys, on the other hand...

Seahawks:

-We have the best defense in football, home or away.  It's our offense that has an easier time at home- hoping that changes as we get into a groove going forward.  Loved the patience of the play-calling in this game.

-Finally we get some pass-rush pressure.  Avril and Bennett looked great together.  Can't wait to see them out there with Clemons and Irivin.

-WT3- looks like we've got another pro-bowl corner out there.

-As always, Pete never gets enough credit.

Like I said last night, **** Brandon Meriweather.  I'm glad dude got his *** knocked out of the game and hope hes concussed.  Maybe it'll teach his bum *** a lesson and he can learn how to tackle without launching with his head down from now on.

#NightNight

Anyways... RGIII was underwhelming yesterday, gonna have a rough time this year if he can't even get it going against the Packers secondary when its missing 2 of its best players...

Rodgers off to another big start this year... Jordy "not that big" Nelson stay's beating anyone who lines up on him 1 on 1.

Hopefully Lacy can get back soon but right now I'm not sure if it was just the Skins D that was awful and made Starks look that good or if he played well... The holes were huge...

9er's fans pumping the breaks after last night I hope... Really might be the 2nd best team in the NFCW and Kaep looked lost for a good portion of that game.

Frank Gore still on the milk carton too.

Giants...
eyes.gif
The hell these guys doing right now?  I know Eli DGAF about INT's but damn... Hes not even on the same page with his WR's and I saw him hang out his dudes to dry 2-3 times yesterday... Damn near got Hakeems head taken off by floating a pass to the sideline with a Safety running down hill.

Quote from a week ago:
"So happy the Packers lost.... again. For the last few years, we've had to listen to this fanbase drool and spit all over itself as it babbles on about their receivers (James Jones is a top-five third receiver in the end zone), coach, GM, and everything under the sun. They've even posted stats like "highest percentage in the 4th quarter when up by two scores against a home team in a dome" to show that Aaron Rodgers is 'the GOAT.' Well, y'all can go ice fishing or whatever the hell else y'all do up in Green Bay because the NFC is locked up."
-oh ok

Good thing the 49ers won the week 1 Super Bowl so they didn't have to show up last night.
It's a long season fellas. Lots of football to be played.

Nuk :smokin :smokin

Eli is out there throwing it with no dambs given.... But this had been his MO his entire career.

We all give Jerry Reese credit but it feels like outside if WR / RB / DL his drafting had been meh when you really sit there and look at it.

That LB / DB is atrocious.

Wilson needs to start because the giants need to score. Brandon Jacobs for 3 yard runs ain't doing it.

Seattle :x :x

Pistol Pete / Sherm / Skittles :smokin

When was the last time a team went 0-2 and went to the Super Bowl? Things looking tough for team that shall not be named.

Chiefs, told y'all :smokin

Did anyone see the struggle bowl that was the Raiders / Jags?

Did Rag3 have a good half last night or was that a combo of safe defense / Garbage time TDs?

NFC east is lookin' shaky baby

this potential Ray Rice injury would be absolutely devastating to the Ravens

Kap is good , but the Seahawks and Rams continue to expose him . dude is going to be in for a long season in conference

Mario Williams :x 4.5 sacks is absurd

I've seen such poor WR play this season, I feel like I'm seeing way too many drops in every game that I watch.

- Giants, same as week 1. Too many dumb*** TO's and D-Line not getting any pressure and no running game

- I'm really rooting for Terrell Pryor, he's played 2 really good games. Hopefully McFadden can stay healthy.

- After all that RG3 hype the Skins are 0-2. He's basically still in pre season mode. Their front 7 is pretty good but their secondary is TRASH.

- The Seahawks just embarrassed the 9ers. I can't wait for them to play again in San Fran. 9ers should play A LOT better.

- Can Adrian Peterson get a damn QB. :{

RG3's #'s were garbage time. I wouldn't look too much into his stats from yesterday, JJ.

I think everyone knows he's not at full-speed. However, he can still be lethal if they moved him out of the pocket. THere were no bootlegs or anything. Just kept him in the pocket like he was Peyton Manning...

Get well soon, Eddie Lacy.

Kerry Rhodes deserves a job based on the ineptitude I've seen at safety.

Sherm and WT3 put clamps on Q.

Tanny is better than I thought.

KC's defense is real. Charles needs more carries.

Jacksonville is getting first pick. I feel bad for Shorts and Blackmon. Trade MJD to a contender.

Pats could use Shorts or Gordon.

Moreno balled out for Jersey. Keep the pass pro tight, and you'll play a lot.

Colts miss Vick Ballard. Hilton showed out.

Mathieu is a playmaker period. PP let me down a bit against Megatron.

Phil Rivers is legit. Behind that porous line and joke of a run game.

Dezzy's late fourth quarter drop was crucial to keeping the drive alive.

seattle defense is legit
if seattle get home field it is a wrap
The NFC North will come down to the bears and the packers
The NFC East is up for grabs
Miami could win the AFC East
The Chiefs will challenge the Broncos for the AFC West title

BEARS

Really worried about the defense no pass rush
The game should have not been that close we need to cut down on the turnovers
jay cutler is clutch :hat
Trestman play calling has been suspect at times during the first two weeks
forte will have a monster year
