-49ers are for real. I think people are underestimating their defense. I think they'll shock some of you in the playoffs. Keep in mind they just beat the red hot Giants W/O Gore.

-Cowboys are still %!% cheeks, but are going to take advantage of a SOFT schedule.

-Speaking of...what happened to the Bills? Teams have figured them out.

-So...is Andy Dalton the ROY?

-I know he's a Chief, but that Baldwin catch might be the greatest I've ever seen. You have to think about the degree of difficulty....he didn't SEE the ball. I'm still hyped

-I love the fact that the AFC is just up for grabs right now.

-Speaking of, Oakland First Place.

We lost but I'm ok, we outplayed them. Eli had four bad throws the whole game. Three were INTs and one was off. Eli started 10-10, looked good.
Awful running plays at the wrong time
Defense played well
49ers have a good team, their QB and secondary will be why they don't win in the playoffs.
Carlos Rogers is still a bum, the ball was thrown directly to him. He didn't make any plays, Cruz was killing him on his routes. Then Cruz drops an open 40 yard pass
Gore had 0 yards, then got "hurt"

NFL
Stafford is not what people say he is, Lions need a running back badly
Bears are heating up and protecting Cutler is gonna make them a top team
Tebow is unacceptable, 2-8 in an entire game? Just doesn't belong in the NFL, hope the Jets knock him straight out
Cowboys had a good game, impressed but also think the Bills have been exposed. They're looking like they're done
Bengals played strong, could have won that game.
Still don't know what to say about the Ravens, one of the most talented teams but who do you blame? OC? Flacco?
Eagles have mad talent but are small and don't play well as a team. Weak defense
******** are a joke, no news
Sanchez is awful, been saying it since USC. Jets need to start over on that position
Panthers are trash, Cam hasn't been playing well the last few weeks either.

Green said he felt he hyperextended it and he didn't think it was anything serious. Hopefully he's right because I've loved watching him play this season.


Disappointing for the Giants, considering Frank Gore didn't do anything and he was a major concern. Give credit for the 49ers, they took advantage of the Giants mistakes.

Vernon Davis leap into the endzone was hilarious, though.

  at the ratbirds losing to the Sea Hawks. They get up for the Steelers but forget they have 14 other games to play.

• John Harbaugh was a great special teams coach in philly, why can't he get the ratbird special teams together since he's been there?
• Loss not witstanding, Eli Manning is having a heck of a year despite not having a consitent running game this year (& most of the defensive secondary on IR since the beginning of the year)

   at people who said Alex Smith is a scrub. Harbaugh is doing an amazing job of getting that whole team to play. Frank Gore is having a great year too.
• Patrick Willis & Demarcus Ware are the best linebackers in football right now.
• Where did the Pats Andre Carter come from?
• Why do teams still punt to Devin Hester? It's amazing to think he's still arond 28-29 years old so he has plenty of football left.
• Cam or Red Rifle for ROY?
• Lovie Smith is doing a tremendous job in coaching. jerry angelo should give him half of his salary because Lovie saving his job.
• Despite the loss at home, Marvin Lewis is doing well too. Ditto for Tom Coughlin.
• Mike Shanahan looks like Sinestro.

Other notes:

-Denver completes 2 passes AND loses their top 2 running backs and still wins?
-Dez Bryant and Demarco Murray are something serious. Now if they only had a QB.
-Ray Rice does not get enough touches AGAIN.
-Mike Smith is an idiot.

on the eagles:
- i'm not even mad.. disappointed.. but not mad, some necessary housecleaning will and needs to take place
- we obviously have talent.. i just don't think we are playing to the strengths of those inviduals
- we'll have over 10 picks in the draft and need quality over quantity.. so i would love to see us get quinton coples high in the 1st AND and also get one of these guys to play MLB: burfict/te'o/kuechly.. also wouldn't hurt to get a DT with size who can just clog up the middle a bit
- vince young should have been heavily fined as soon as he made that statement.. a message should have been sent very early to this team
