.

--Just when you think the Texans should be taken seriously they lose games like they did last week and yesterday.

--You had a good run Favre........now it's time to hang it up, still one of the best ever.

--T.O. was half steppin out there the last quarter.

--Wes Welker still aint doing much.

--Looking forward to seeing Vick destroy the Skins tonight.

oh boy w/ the brady > manning ... last week when the browns was working the pats ... no one was saying anything ...

-With that being said ... Brady went in on the Steelers ... he owns them ...
-Troy smith / crabtree ... let's see how this plays out
-What was KC doing yesterday
-Giants ... Nicks was awful out there and there is no way the cowboys should have won ... but they did and as i was watching the game i kept thinking J. Garrett tanked the play calling on purpose to get the Head Coach spot
laugh.gif

-Colts
indifferent.gif

-Colt McCoy looked decent out there...Nick Folk
indifferent.gif

-Texans Game
roll.gif
what a way to lose
-Ravens / Falcons ... was that a push off or not???
-L blount continues to impress ...
-Vikings making cutler look good
indifferent.gif

Bum(s) #83 on the browns ... trying to make play when there was none to be made and fumble away the ball and the game to the jets ... browns secondary trying to "tackle" santonio holmes ... but Brett Favre's post game interview ...
roll.gif
... i came back b/c of games like last week .... last year ... our favorite ol' memory lane reminiscing interception king... nfl is str8 comedy this year

- Brett definitely needs to retire.

- Pennington too.

- At this rate, Moss as well. (Yes, I know it's only his 1st game w/a new team [again]... but I'd LOVE to see who he signs w/next year and what kind of deal he'll get from them).

- Jets have some of the ugliest wins of the season. But it says something when they are consistently pulling out these close ones.

- Don't know who the QofW is mocking, but I chuckled.

Pats have the perfect system to beat LeBeau and Brady is the perfect QB to do it
More disturbing is the fact that they were more physical as well
Steelers line and WRs did not do Ben any favors, catch the ball El
If this team can make the playoffs I'd feel pretty good about facing anyone other than NE. But gotta get some wins to get there
I can't repeat enough how bad this o line is. This is what happens when you ignore it for a few years (minus Pouncey)

Rest of NFL
No dominant teams at all this year, wide open road to the Super Bowl
Browns still playing tough, not the first time Santonio has done that
Bengals just find ways to stick around but still lose. Horrible effort by to and COC at the end

They're a good team no doubt and that was a very impressive win against Baltimore, but unless they get home-field advantage I don't see them making noise in the playoffs.

The Falcons have come up short in their non-dome road games against good teams. They sputtered offensively against a Roethlisbergerless Steelers team in the opener and got thrashed by Eagles in Philly.

DoubleJs, if the Falcons don't get HFA in the playoffs do you see them going on the road and getting a big playoff win against a team like the Giants or the Packers?

If last Thursday's game was in Baltimore do you think the outcome would've been the same?

My point is, I don't see the Falcons going on the road in the playoffs and beating a team like the Giants, Packers, or Saints (even though they did it this season).

If I'm wrong about them I'll be the first to admit but as of now I think the Giants, Packers, and Saints are all better teams.

Those if you who keep discrediting the Jets for playing these close games aren't taking the results in the right way. A team who brings their C game and still finds a way to win is crucial.. It builds confidence that no matter what they can still find a way to pull out a win. There is one problem that the team is having lately though. I mean Sanchez is maturing slowly before our eyes. Avoiding sacks, producing extra time, playing on a bum calf, and making plays. The Jets just can't find a way to get to the quarterback consistently enough.
