This is what I said in the Week 9 thread.
Just shows what life in the NFL is like week to week. Giants are all of a sudden frauds cuz they lost 1 game? I think not, but it remains to be seen.
Jets haven't played well for over a month, but they are still winning which shows something. It will come back to bite them at some point, but their D is not nearly as good as they were last year.
Dez Bryant is an animal, hats off to him.

-Tamme? Dude has fit in pretty nicely for Clark. The injuries definitely hurt though, word to 185 passing yards
-Hate the team, but it was good to see the boys pull one together.

Giants still have much to prove, and it doesn't get any easier with all the injuries in the o-line and with Steve Smith out, plus a tougher schedule. Giants could easily...EASILY lose next week vs the Eagles. Giants must get healthy if they want to win.

I agree. We can't be "Lucky" when we lose two games by a total of 13 points. That is saying something. And for those who are saying that we needed the 2 OT's to win, both teams play harder and are better than their records are showing. The Browns beat the Pats the previous Sunday so they aren't a gimme. In fact, there are no gimmes in the NFL. We beat the Pats once, and we're 5-0 on the road, and NFL best. I think that speaks for itself.
Thats fine and dandy but you need a little luck along the way, and if you can't admit the Jets have had some luck the past few weeks then you have to take the goggles off.
Watching from an unbiased perspective (well, I do pull for them at times), the Jets are a team that if their run game is shut down they will have trouble scoring points. Sanchez throwing to win ball games is going to be their downfall ie Green Bay game. Their offense sputters way too much during games and can't rely on the defense to keep the game close week in and week out, you WILL get exposed like any other team would. The Lions played that game not to lose and the Browns were one bonehead play away from winning on a FG, guy should have ran out of bounds rather than try to get 2 extra yards and then fumble like the clown that he is.

-How unpredictable is the NFL this year? Just when you think PIT is great, they get beat in all aspects. Just when you think the NYG are the class of the NFC, they get handled by a 1-7 squad.
-The Vikings got their %$! handed to them yesterday. I predicted that outcome before the game while some were predicting a Minnesota blowout. I just didn't get it... beating the Cardinals in OT is nothing to get excited over.
-McNabb gets a 5-year extension? He'll be damn near 40 when that contract runs out.
